SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package or a notice slip, it is likely still in transit or awaiting a safe delivery time. Rest assured, this does not mean your package is lost. Please allow some additional time for it to arrive.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your product arrives damaged during shipment, we will gladly replace or refund it. Please email photographic proof of the damage and your receipt to whisperdecstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on sale items, gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or items purchased over 30 days ago.

Need to cancel an order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund orders that have already left our facility.
