I’ve always been a passionate lover of aromatherapy products, especially candles. There’s something magical about how a carefully chosen scent can transform the mood of a space. I loved lighting different candles for different moments—whether it was a quiet evening with a book, a lively dinner with friends, or simply to add warmth to a chilly day.

 

But candles became more than just a hobby during one of the darkest chapters of my life. I went through a period of deep personal struggle, where each day felt heavy, and I often found myself overwhelmed by feelings of sadness. During those tough times, lighting a candle became a small ritual of hope—a way to bring light and comfort into my days. That soft glow and soothing scent reminded me that even in darkness, there could be warmth and beauty.

 

As my passion for candles grew, I've become more mindful of the ingredients and I've become more picky about the scents. I started paying closer attention to what I was bringing into my home and realized I wanted something more natural, safer, and uniquely personal. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. After my 9-to-5 job, I would experiment with making my own candles—ensuring they were crafted with 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and free of any harmful toxins. At first, it was simply a creative outlet, something just for me.

 

Then, in December 2023, someone incredibly special and important to me encouraged me to take this passion further and share my creations with others. That encouragement sparked the beginning of Whisper Dec—a brand born from a place of love, healing, and hope. This brand is my way of sharing the transformative power of candles, hoping they bring the same light and joy into your life that they brought into mine.
